one move. that’s it.

The Nudgit Method.

A shame-free, ADHD-friendly framework for moving forward when traditional productivity systems make things worse. Four steps. No streaks. No giant task wall.

1

Dump it

Get the task out of your head, exactly as messy as it is. Spelling, order, importance — none of it matters yet. The point is to stop carrying it.

2

Shrink it

Find the smallest version of the task that still counts as real movement. Not the whole plan. Not the impressive version. The version your tired brain can actually do.

3

Move

Do only that one thing. Then stop, if that’s what you have. One move is not a small win. One move is the win.

4

Return without shame

If you drop it, you drop it. You can come back to it tomorrow. There is no streak to break, no broken system to restart. Reset, don’t restart.

Don’t make a better list. Find your next move.
