Refund Policy

The Codex PDF is refundable within 7 days of purchase if the file has not been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download failure or corrupted file), contact us and we'll resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

The Nudgit for Claude Skill package is a downloadable digital product. Because the Skill is delivered as a file you install into Claude, refunds are only available if the file has not been downloaded, within 7 days of purchase. Technical issues (download failures, install problems, corrupted files) will be resolved on a case-by-case basis — please email us first.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page or through the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current billing period remains active. Refunds for the current period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Annual purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the included Skill file has not been downloaded and the account has not been used heavily. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Bundles are treated as a combined purchase. Once any included downloadable file (PDF or Skill) has been downloaded, that portion of the bundle is no longer refundable. Remaining items are reviewed in line with the policies above.

Mac Companion is a planned future product available via waitlist. There is nothing to refund — it is not a paid product today.
