By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a Nudgit product, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nudgit is a coaching and planning tool that helps you turn overwhelm into a single next action. It includes features like Money Day, Next Nudge, Brain Dump, Chaos Reset, Night Lock, Receipts, and the One Move at a Time PDF guide.

Nudgit is a coaching and planning tool designed to support daily structure and intentional momentum. It is not medical advice, clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, please work with a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Nudgit. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@nudgit.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nudgit Pro is offered as a recurring subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Billing page.

Prices, billing intervals, and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active subscribers.

The "One Move at a Time" PDF is a one-time digital purchase. Once purchased, it is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The PDF is copyrighted and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to harm others. You will not use Nudgit to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of any person.

Nudgit uses AI to help sort inputs, generate nudges, and create receipts. AI output may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. You are responsible for deciding whether any nudge, suggestion, or summary is appropriate for your situation.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into Nudgit. You grant Nudgit a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, to generate nudges or receipts).

Please do not enter emergency, highly sensitive, or medical information into Nudgit.

The Nudgit name, logo, app, website, and PDF guide are owned by Nudgit and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Purchased digital products (including the PDF guide) are licensed to you for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or share the files publicly.

Nudgit is a tool to support intentional action. We do not guarantee any specific productivity, financial, or personal outcome from using the Service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nudgit and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
